I’m pleased to see they have stopped the traffic on the opposite side of the roads on way to Windsor. I thought the journey from Northolt to buck palace the other night was a little chaotic with all the cars parked on the westbound side of road fast lane and cars nearly crashing too. I was on the A40 myself do not criticising the people there but I bet they did not imagine all the cars basically parked up! That has never happened before!
This is much less chaotic with no traffic going the other way. Roads are quieter today anyway as there’s little else going on but still a good decision imo.
