Harry and Meghan honeymooning in Ireland

Harry and Meghan are supposedly honeymooning in Ashford Castle, Co. Mayo.
I hope they're getting the great weather we're having on the east coast in Dublin.
I thought they'd honeymoon in Ballyfin if Ireland was their honeymoon destination.
Meghan is a friend of Rory Mc Ilroy who got married in Ashford Castle so perhaps he recommended it or she may have been at his wedding there.

Oh this was featured on that Greatest Hotels show with Monica Galeti and Giles Coren. Very very nice.

I thought they were trying to keep it secret/private?

It's an absolutely gorgeous place. Lucky them! Mayo is lovely.

I've stayed there, it's a lovely place.

I had afternoon tea there before the refurb.
Too 'castley' for me

Daily Mail now says they honeymooned in Canada.

I think they had a few days to there. I know a people go to Ashford for afternoon tea - it is meant to be nice but not really worth the money
