Various other people doing so too, and it's not specifically about HIV, but about revealing a secret isn't such a bad or difficult thing.
Now, I get why secrecy/shame/stigma is such a bad thing in combating Aids, because those are barriers to seeking proper treatment.
But what kind of secrets could be revealed that would fit that theme? I hope it's not going to be trivial.
