My DD wants me to take her into London this afternoon.

Will it be worth it? We are about 30 minutes from Victoria. Her school's out today, but I have to work until 4pm. I'm not a royalist at all, but I think I might regret not allowing her the opportunity to be part of the crowds and hype.

She is 8, by the way.

Why not! Eight is old enough to understand the celebrations and the crowds. I think it's sweet that she wants to go. Enjoy!
