Hi this is coming across like a troll. Or possibly some bullies who have uploaded a girl’s photo to show her the replies (or an abusive boyfriend trying to neg his gf). It’s hard to age the photo due to the extensive acne/rash. They are keen to keep engagement by not properly replying to anyone and are just parroting AI.
