Hi there!

there is a filter (added by MNHQ so I’m guessing they checked the legitimacy of the OP), it’s in Women’s Health, and the OP mentions genital herpes, so probably best not to click on the image if you don’t want to see a graphic image.

I’ll keep an eye on it (not literally! I’m not clicking on the photo!) and if it starts to attract the wrong kind of poster, I’ll hide it.

Thanks for the report, though- always appreciate a report to the Night Watch and we will try and deal with reports as best we can Flowers

my bad i didnt see it was in womens health, i just saw it while flicking through the trending threads and assumed it was an AIBU so fair enough

I don't generally look at the Women's Health board.
I must say I'm surprised at someone posting such an intimate photo.

However it's not so much this specific photo that bothers me as the idea of the board being used to invite unqualified people to diagnose a potentially serious medical condition from a photo on the Internet.

It's one thing to ask for advice on a condition that's been diagnosed or which someone is being investigated for. But it seems really quite dangerous if the board is being used in the way this poster is using it when it is so obvious they should be seeking qualified help.
