I’ve taken a look - it’s in children’s health and says nappy rash in the title so hopefully people will know what they are about to see

I see your point though- I’ll flag it up with MNHQ and hopefully they can put a sensitivity filter on the photo before the rest of MN wakes up and gets an eyeful over their cornflakes
