Not that I'm at all invested in that particular thread, but does Mumsnet ever in hide a thread if it gets checked out and actually appears above board. I see deletion messages all the time but don't ever seem to see any being reinstated. Is it that they all were genuinely fake/PBPs etc or do they never really ever get investigated?

Yes MNHQ do sometimes reinstate threads that the Night Watch have hidden overnight
