When do the Night Watch come on duty?

I'm never sure, in the evening, whether to report to MNHQ or to the Night Watch. Is there a specific time for the 'handover' or should we just report to both, to be on the safe side?

There’s usually someone around from about 11pm-ish from Nightwatch and we usually cross over with HQ. So it’s always best to report to them as well as posting here.
