Yep, I clicked on it thinking it was going to be the one saying the daughter had run away etc etc. The last time they actually went as far as to start saying that HQ was emailing them threatening to close their account. But this time it just says they’re anxious and need to talk, but it’s a first time poster... so ... make of that what you will.
