Contempt of court?

There are a lot of posts which seem clearly likely to endanger a fair trial and therefore in contempt of court.

It's not really within the Nightwatch remit. If you report in the usual way MNHQ will have a look in the morning.

Why? They've hidden threads before in these circumstances. I did report this formally before coming on here, but almost 9 hours later it's still there. Unfortunately for MN, the fact that a thread appeared overnight isn't a defence to a contempt charge.
