I was just going to post again giving OP advice to ring 999 for an ambulance to come and help them when the thread was hidden. They really need to be in hospital, getting some help.

It's not mumsnet hq at night, Just, they're all abed. We rely on our night watch volunteers who do their best but have a limited remit - mainly to hide threads containing spam and glaringly obvious trolls, as it says above. Anything else that we report is deal with by MNHQ in the daytime.
