Evening.
This is simply awful stuff; apparently all women , whether Thai prostitutes or British wives, cost men money, and leach off men , so are all prostitutes. But the Thai ones look after men in a more appropriately servile way.

This is continuing in a vein that firstly is so disrespectful to women in the West, and secondly is so distasteful in the way he speaks of Thai women clearly desperate for money.
