Wombat was not banned. Her account was suspended.

I'm with LEM on this. Let me decide, the poster was clearly unwell. I replied several times hoping in whatever way my responses might help or at least show support, the same as we all did I'm sure.
The title wasn't ambiguous I chose to click on it.

Chilling

Several things have changed. Most noticeably the other night her husband allegedly found her hanging and cut her down. The most recent thread says he came in looked at her ipad long enough to digest the posts and said to her not to read things like that to which she replied it was her posts.

I think this thread will go soon, but I am hoping for some clarity from MNHQ.

I think, no matter what, there is a very unwell person at the heart of this.

Hread needs to go, because the purpose of the NightWatch is to alert the watchers to troubling threads and leave them to get on with whatever actions they could/should take (presumably within standing orders from MNHQ.

The public nature of the board (as mentioned by LEM) has caused discussion on whether it actually works (remember, but can't find the thread about it, and this may be gone by the time I've searched).

It's not a big problem for overnight spam (and they zap a lot) and silly OTT trolling. Not so good for this. I hope it'll be one of the angles at MNHQ will be considering alongside the other issues.
