£167.00 bottle of medicine packed in a jiffy bag of all things and arrived like this. It's just not good enough and I've written to complain. I'll report back.

Animed messed us around last time too, holding up an order of Senvelgo (with no explanation) simply because the other - less critical - thing on our order was out of stock.
They seem to have no clue of the importance of their role in our pets' health.
