Raised bowls?

Do you have raised bowls for food and water?

We just have shallow bowls for our two boys that are on the floor but recently read raised bowls are better for cats?

Thoughts?

Raised bowls for our girl, we changed a few years ago and it hugely improved her digestion as with the floor bowls she struggled and was regurgitating a lot. Water fountain for water (the metal type)

I had them, not sure if they helped or not. I was hoping they would improve Penelope’s table manners. But it didn’t!
