New cat

Friendly new cat from.CP. She's 2.

Very clean, good natured. She's desperate to go outside.

My question is - how do I stop her from climbing the chimney?!

we need to see her face ! can you block it off with a something when not in use?

There is no war such an innocent looking cat could cause that mess. It must have been someone else. No advice OP, but this thread has really made me laugh.

She's in the garage this afternoon (you get to it through the house) for a change of scenery!

Can you get a heavy-duty fire guard or one that hooks in place ?

Shove an old cushion or pillow up the flue for now. If you don't use the fireplace invest in a chimney sheep.
