RIP Mithril.

My parents told me that that Mithril was PTS peacefully this evening. He was 15. He’d done well for a Scottish Fold. He was one of the daftest cats I’ve met. Completely soppy and loved to be cuddled like a baby, but also thought he was an Apex predator. (He really wasn’t) was really looking forward to some cuddles with him next week. will
miss him. I would say, that I hope Penelope finds him, but I do t think they’d have got on!

It used to make me laugh, that my parents said Mithril knew when Penelope was staying in their spare room. He had absolutely no clue whatsoever! She knew about him as he was noisy, but he was utterly oblivious. 🤣

The last few times I visited him, I made sure I said a proper goodbye to him, just in case it was the last time. Seeing Mithril was the primary reason for visiting (sorry dad if you see this. 🤣🤣)

Ah Mithril, I'm so sorry. He was so beautiful and I loved his name. Lots of sympathy to you all.

Apparently some of them don’t have the ears, but he had the other features and the collagen issues. But was fairly healthy with it. He did have quite bad arthritis in the last couple of years. But wasn’t that bothered it. He did very well to get to 14/15. He had a great life, being completely pandered to.

He really was a very handsome beast. Very affectionate, loved cuddles. He was a real character, and very noisy!
