Reactive Cat

My name is Mog and I am 9 years old in two weeks. I live inside 90% of the time as I don’t have a cat flap. I am only allowed out if the hoomans are home and able to supervise outside. I love being outside and never stray far from home but I have now been chased by two dogs. Both times I made it home safely but now I’m reactive. Every time I see a dog I have to square up to them and show them who’s boss before they chase me. After I tried to square up to a Labrador and a German Shepherd mum said I couldn’t go outside again. Does anyone have any ideas for calming a reactive cat or is outside playtime over? Mog is a small cat and is often mistaken for a kitten.

Apologies for the photos all. I can’t seem to remove them.

Unfortunately I live in an upstairs cottage flat so while I have my own front and back garden I can’t build anything that Mog could access from the flat.

Can you not put her in a cube and supervise outside play time? I keep seeing fabric zip up cube things that stop cats running away and jumping but obviously supervised play outside only otherwise its indoor cat life?
