Anyway, nothing to do with pigheadedness. I’m not taking them to a rescue because a rescue isn’t gonna do anything with them that I’m not my best friend from the school is a vet veterinary nurse and if you saw what they do with abandoned Kittens, you’d all be absolutely disgusted. They shoved under a light and left it.
If they get a minute, they’ll feed them and if they don’t, they won’t
Whereas I’ve been up five times in the night dripping formula into their little mouths
If anybody else is reading this and they’re ever in a similar situation we got hold of glucose boost this morning which has been phenomenal. It’s about £12.50 from Vets for pets.

But out of a litter of eight it would be perfectly normal for 50% of them to die normally that’s not an unusual statistic

As a rescue volunteer I can assure anyone reading that all cats and kittens in our care are treated exceptionally well, and kittens needing hand rearing go to experienced fosterers.

And it is absolutely not "perfectly normal for 50%" of a litter to die if the mum cat is healthy and not still a kitten herself.

If you were feeding them properly they will use a bottle. No dripping necessary ime.

As long as the formula gets into the Kitten that’s the outcome we’re aiming for. Why is it more important for you to be making a shitty comment then to be delighted that the Kittens are doing well?
What does that say about you as a person?

I’m not demonising rescues in the slightest, but you don’t have any miracle solutions that I’m not doing myself
As for a backyard Breeder every breeder is a backyard one unless they’re “professionals” in cages lined up which would be the worst place in the world to buy a kitten from. I’m currently walking around with one stuffed in my bra to keep its body heat up. What a uncaring bitch eh
Unlike the so-called caring animal lover who announced that “they were out” - I’m actually motivated to make sure these Kittens live
