It is a bit of a joke going round that Larry has outlasted 6 PMs during his residence at number 10.

But it’s left me thinking! It must be stressful for this little legend to keep changing owners?

Or do you think it’s just another peasant he’s allowing to live with him?

Cats don't care as long as they get fed. He could do with a regular brush too. His chest fur is looking tatty. I hope the messianic Andy will make this vital domestic duty one of his top priorities 🐱

I belive he’s actually looked after by the Downing street staff rather than the PM.

It’s probably the same member of stuff who always looks after I would guess.

Larry is the one in power at No 10. Anyone else is his servant.

As far as he is concerned, it is just another change of staff.

All of my 19 year old cats, and Ive had older ones, have tended to look a bit scruffy. They are constant work with teeth, fur, hygeine, vets visits. I dont think number 10 would dare neglect him. The whole world would be outraged.

I’m sure they have a revolving door of those too!

My friend works at no.10. Larry is a very happy cat and basically thinks he runs the place. No need to worry about him!
