My lovely boy has died

Our big male tabby was hit by a car last night. He seems to have gone very quickly, I don’t think he suffered much. He was the chattiest cat, we had long conversations most mornings.

RIP to my small tiger.

I’m sorry, the name is probably more outing than the picture so I’m just going to keep calling him Tiger. He was most stripy.

So sorry for your loss. I don't know if it will help you, but it brings me comfort to me to think that when a pet crosses the rainbow bridge all your previous pets are there to greet him and welcome him.

That is really rough-I’m so sorry. It’s the risk we take, those of us with outdoor cats. Please take comfort in that he lived his life enjoying the freedom and fresh air and had a loving owner😿

I am so sorry to hear that. Losing a cat unexpectedly is really difficult. He looks as though he was well loved and had a happy life. Which is the most important thing.

we have 3 cats buried in our garden. And I hope they all had happy lives. I believe they did and I really miss them. Especially Trot who was the daftest orange cat I ever met who was run over when he was about 7 or 8.

We’re going for cremation. I’ve had to bury three people according to their wishes and I don’t like it, cremation where I can choose.

Oh OP, I am so very sorry. How awful to lose him so violently. He was indeed a beautiful boy. My boy is very vocal so I know how you'll miss his little voice. Little paw prints that leave a massive imprint on your heart 💕 🐾 🐈
