Has anyone moved with a very elderly cat?

Has anyone moved home with a very elderly cat?
Our old mog is 18, am outdoor cat and is free to come and go via the cat flap. She’s only ever lived here and has not used a litter tray since she was a kitten.
We may be moving house and I’m worried about how she cope with the change. She doesn’t appear to be senile but does yowl quite a lot and is skinny and clearly now very old (eats ok tho)
Has anyone ever moved with a cat so old? Were they ok and did they settle?
thank you

Moved 100mileswith a pair of (then) 18 year olds. They settled well, we’ve since lost one at 19.5 and the other is still with us at 20

Oh this is reassuring. Thank you both. Did you keep them indoors with a litter tray for a few days? How did it work practically?

Yes, kept indoors 3-4 weeks with litter boxes, they slept in our bedroom with us the first night but gained confidence after that
