Happy 15th Birthday Mithril

My parents gorgeous boy is 15 today. He’s slowing up a bit, but he was never very dynamic in his prime. Hes a Scottish fold without the folded ears.

He gets spoiled every day! Today is no different. He was disappointed that a parcel I ordered to my parents was not a present for him

Best whiskers ever

For me it's those eyes in the second picture - they look right through into your soul.

The parcel may not have been. But I bet the box was.

Unfortunately he is usurped in the whiskers front by his cousin Penelope. 😂 She also possesses at least double the number of brain cells that he has.

Male cats don't really need brain cells, it's the girls who run everything anyway. Tobias has it right - he knows Girlcat is the boss of everything and defers to her in all aspects of their lives.

Plus Mithril is so lovely he doesn't really need brains as well. Nice to have both brains and beauty, but not essential. Luckily for her, Penelope has both (as does Girlcat)

@Allergictoironingthat is true. Paddington, who was utterly gorgeous in every way. Had the most amazing whiskers. But I have never met a thicker cat! He just couldn’t get it into his head that Pen didn’t want to play with him.
