Cat safe wipes

Could anyone recommend some cat safe wipes for me please? My boy cat is an old man and not grooming as thoroughly as he used to, especially around his bum. I would like to help him out!

ETA: I have bought some cat shampoo but I would rather not bathe him unless I absolutely have to as it would really stress him (and me!) out.

The range do pet wipes. I have used them. My dear old man cat is 19. I have also got a no rince shampoo from Sainsburys
