Non-prescription flea & worm for cats

Ran out of prescribed flea and worm for my cat. Vets will only do a 3mth prescription (£35) but will do a 12m in July when she has jabs (another £35), then I can buy online.

Any recommendations for over the counter / online non-prescription stuff? FWIW she is in indoor cat, does go into the back garden when nice.

Just go to any pet shop or supermarket…

Pets at home do a scheme where you say the welfare your cat, then they put you on DD and post it to you every month. I think it's great as you can't forget to give it them. I did mine in store but you can probably do it on line.

The problem with non-prescription flea treatment is that it doesn't work.

Whatever you do, DON'T get Bob Martins! It's caused illness and possibly death in a number of cats (and I understand doesn't work as well as most anyway).

Advantage isn't bad.

You can get 'priscription' stuff in any big pet store without seeing vets. As long as your cat doesn't have complex medical history.
No need to pay £35 for prescriptions, you're being ripped off.

I use advantage for flea treatment which has always worked well for mine
