Seizures in young cats

Our lovely little 5 month old creator of chaos has started having seizures. We’re up to 3 in the space of 3 weeks, the “fits and faints” blood tests have come back all normal so she’s been referred to a specialist neurology vets to try and find out what’s going on. Has anyone got any experience of or success stories of seizures starting in a kitten/cat so young?

My cat at 5 was diagnosed with brain encephalitis (swelling on brain) with epileptic seizures. Sadly he had to be pts as he was too ill and would have had a massive seizure or something the vet said, we went to supervet Noel Fitzpatrick practice.

Yes our cat used to occasionally have seizures when young, was upsetting to see at the time. Not sure what was behind it, but she seems to have grown out of it now, and she hasn’t had a seizure in a few years
