This is one of mine, the oldest Isis who is 16.
She's as fit as a butchers dog and has just finished chasing the young cat round the house.
She was sick a few years back and had to have radioactive iodine for her thyroid which was out of control but made a really good recovery and doesnt take pills any more.
I just love old cats. They are such characters.

Well I don't really think of my two as being old but since they are now 15 I suppose they are getting on a bit.
Also a picture of ginger Monty (RIP) when he was 20.

Mithril is my parents boy. He’s almost 15. He’s a Scottish fold, so very elderly for his breed. He was a rescue. He’s such a soppy, noisy boy. But he tells us he’s an apex predator. 😂

My Herme is 16 now. Still plays like a kitten, a purring machine but showing signs of age cognitively. Hates loud noises but adores my incredibly loud 6 year old and sleeps on his bed. I worry about her getting old and how sad the kids will be. But she eats like a horse and is showing no signs of age other than being abit louder.

Here's my lovely lad, aged 21. He'd just dug his claws into my shin as he wants his tea!

Terence is 19 and up until 6 months ago was still ratting. Then he went missing but managed to crawl home with a fractured pelvis. He was on crate rest for three months and his last x ray showed it had healed well if a bit wonky. Because he was so poorly and confined to a crate he had all the best food and we've created a monster/diva. Other cats are jealous of the preferential treatment that he now demands and his position as senior cat cannot be challenged.

Miss B … aged 19 years 10 months! Climbed a few feet up the pear tree yesterday to show me she’s still got it!
