Name help for our new boy!

This fella is coming home tomorrow and we need a name for him. He’s a 7 month old rescue. Current front runner is Chewbacca (Chewy for short) - thanks ds! Hit me with your ideas please!

I absolutely love all these suggestions thank you! He’s home now and amazing! He was being called Louie which is very very close to dd’s name and was going to get confusing.

Dd and ds decided on Remus, Remi for short. Obviously he already has several nicknames including Sir Floppingtons. Here’s the boy himself…

Remus is a beautiful name for a beautiful cat. And much more dignified (in all ways!) than Marvin

We have an orange Louie! He’s also known as Loubot, Hullaballouie, Louie-Boo, Boo-Boo and The Littlest Dinosaur. He’d been a stray kitten and the lady whose garden/shed he and his brother were born in eventually took them in and named and neutered them before contacting Cats Protection. When I went to meet him in foster care I thought he suited his name so we kept it.

If he hadn’t suited it though he was going to be Hugo.

Our previous girl we adopted direct from her family, and I hated her name - we did change it but went for something with the same sounds so it was easy for her. (Like Bella became Stella, Harley became Charlie type situ.)

Wow @mumisfull that is one beautiful fluffy boy! Remus sounds quite regal and he certainly looks regal to me! (Even if he doesn't behave regally...).
He looks settled already, as in, you haven't had to take a picture of him hiding behind the sofa, is he as settled as he looks?
