What could be wrong?

Obviously, I will take my cat to the vet to be seen professionally. However, trying to prepare myself mentally…
She is 13 and diagnosed with very early decline in kidney function about a year ago. She now eats a renal diet about 75% of the time.
Recently has started vomiting every day. Mainly in the very early morning, and always clear liquid. Also seems to have diarrhoea periodically.
My feeling is that this must be the kidneys deteriorating 😢. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms? She is otherwise well and happy. Eating and drinking normally and normal activity level.

I lost my beloved Boycat to CKD, and he didn't have those symptoms if that helps any? I don't recall it being on any list of symptoms either, could well be something unrelated.

Thank you. Sadly it is looking like cancer.

@Mynewname100 i’m so sorry to hear that. When I read your OP earlier I thought that daily vomiting was our girl’s only symptom of lymphoma - she was otherwise completely well in herself, so it took quite a few vet visits and pushing for tests before she was diagnosed. Are your vets running tests?
