8 month old cat has come home with a scrape to the nose - small patch of missing fur/skin with blood showing but not bleeding. Very small - about half a short fingernail or less. He's entirely unbothered but now I'm worried with the dirty places they stick their noses it will get infected. I have nothing to wipe it with if that would even help, and I have a very full day tomorrow 7-6. Will he be ok?
