Cat calming recommendations

My cat was attacked by the local vicious bully cat at the weekend. Thankfully she is unharmed physically but she is now understandably very nervous. She has never been a very chilled cat so this has set her back a lot.
What do you use for cat calming? I have tried the diffusers in the past but haven't found them very helpful. So chew/treat type recommendations would be great. Many thanks!

My cat gets very stressed when another cat comes into our garden. She is on gabapentin, which is a relaxant medication, for hyperesthsia (sp) syndrome and our vet has told me to double the dose for a few days to calm her down when she gets anxious. It’s maybe a bit of an extreme solution but it might be worth talking to your vet about your cat having a short course of this type of medication. Sympathies to you, it’s upsetting when you see your cat so stressed x

Thank you - that’s a good idea. I will have a chat with my vet.

Zylkene capsules opened up & the contents sprinkled onto wet food. Always good around times like Fireworks night & New Year as well.
