Their

Moss is the grey and white giant (2.8kg at 14 weeks!) and Pebble the normal sized one (2.1kg) and a gentle wee soul.

I weighed them again today. The ‘small’ grey one is 2.3 kg which seems about right for not yet 4months. The grey and white one is 3kg! And looks huge in comparison.

Normal or have I got a giant?

There are some perfectly healthy adult cats on these forums who weight similar or not much more than your larger kitten! Are they a specific breed?

I think some potential readers/posters here may have been distracted by the tiny kitten thread!

I have kitten photos! These two sisters will be 2 in Feb, I miss them being so tiny and their mad kitten energy. Not sure about the weight question you asked, I didn’t weigh these when they arrived, and at their 1 year jabs they were 5kg each. Your kittens are beautiful 🥰.
my black cat is called Pepper, she is mad and often chasing her own tail, the tortoiseshell is called Pebbles and she is the strongest, shyest cat ever ☺️

Here are mine as kittens and as adults - the tabby was tiny (we had to wait to get her spayed as she wasn’t yet 2kg by 5 months old) and she is still a petite 3.4kg at 18 months (her sister is only 3.6).

I forget that they are small until I see other cats out and about and think they are giants!

These 2 are moving in with us in a couple of weeks. Not sure what to expect.

Long haired black cats are so wonderful. I had one and he was the best, fluffiest cat who let you know exactly what he expected you to do!

Here are mine - growing (in the case of the grey and white one - growing a lot) and making friends with the dog. This was the first time he snuggled up for the dog and the dog is really not sure what to do about it.

Cuteness overload!!! Here is Eve as a baby and grown up. I got my other cat as an 11 year old so I don't know what she looked like as a kitten.

We didn't know our rescue cat when he was a kitten. But from his current appearance, AI created this kitten picture of him

Not too dissimilar to Moss! What do they look like now.

Moss was weighed at his 2nd vet appointment at 3.1 kg at 16 weeks. So won’t be small.

Pebble came in at a normal 2.3kg

Our Donut at 6 months after rescuing him from a tiny 5th floor flat with toddlers and 3 other animals. He had never been outside. He gained a kilo in the first 6 weeks and now he's a massive 5.2kg!
