WTF is this?

My cats have been on untamed cat food since we adopted them last October. Today I opened a tin of their festive three bird roast and found this!! What on earth is it? £9 for 7tins 😮

Oh we got a free tin of this with our delivery - I was saving it for Christmas day. Is it the smallest bird? (Our cat also eats flies and spiders so no doubt will be pleased.)
