Young cat with spatial awareness problem?

Got a 2yo female who often runs into things like table legs etc when she has the zoomies. Like it'll be right next to her but she runs straight into it. I've never known a cat donk their head like this and I've had numerous cats over several decades. Often hear a bump and thank goodness she has a furry head to soften the blow but I'm worried she'll do herself an injury one day.

Anyone else known a cat like this? I doubt there is anything I can do for her but it'd be nice to know she's not alone!

Marvin cannons into anything and everything when he's on a zoomies including my shins. I think he knows he's doing it and is using the solid thing as a crash barrier. The worst that's ever happened is a shake of the head and on for the next lap!

ours zooms down the stairs, skids on the hall mat, crashes in the front door and then carries on. How he hasn't done himself an injury I don't know

Is it only during zoomies or does she misjudge it at other times eg jumping onto things or pouncing on toys?

Yes we've got one of those. She runs into doors, bannisters, once fell off a plank into water. She's just very clumsy. She has perfectly good spatial skills if she thinks about it, but not when she's excited and zoomy. She's 12 now, daft as a brush and has never seriously injured herself (except her pride).

Thank you all. Hopefully just a clumsy kitty. I mentioned it to our vet today (was in with another pet) and they want to check her sight is ok but other than that I can't imagine there is anything to be done.
