Help me find cat food that doesn’t stink!

Our little lady is now 10 years old and prefers to stay indoors much more these days. Don’t blame her today!
so she’s using her litter tray more. And to add to the smell, she’s getting fussier about what she eats. So if the food is a bit dry then she will leave it.
This means our house smells! Can anyone recommend cat food that doesn’t smell as much as Whiskas either before or after it has been eaten 😂 Or good litter - currently using Aldi’s own litter
Thanks

I think anything smells better than whiskas. Ours have the Pets at Home own brand with a high meat/fish content, and Lily's. They don't usually have trays but when they do, I use Sanicat.

Royal Canin wet food. Also use this

Charlie has Scrumbles wet food and uses Worlds Best litter. The litter is ok but tracks

Untamed available through subscription or Sainsbury’s! Literally no smell and no smelly litter trays either

Katkin! Honestly, it made a huge difference, and I only wish we'd found it sooner.

Another vote for Katkin.

For litter I've been using Katkin Scoop. It's clumping, made from pea fibre & millet and smells a bit like popcorn. Obviously it's still a bit stinky when there is in poo in it but if you scoop that and the wee clumps as quickly as possible it lasts at least 3 weeks without being unpleasant.

In comparison I used to use Catsan non clumping which smelt of wee after less than a week and and tecently tried BioCatelet made from recycled paper and it is really whiffy of wee after 4-5 days.
The only reason I tried something else is cat seemed to not be very keen on the Katkin on his paws and was hesitating to get into the litter tray (though he does in the end). I out 2 trays out and he did immediately use the BioCatelet and contiued with that so obviously prefers that texture so I will keep shopping around. Katkin is also quite expensive but unless I can find better non smelly product the cat likes I'll stick with it.

As for food Untamed are OK though the fish ones do smell strong when first opened (I think all fishy ones do). Applaws absoutely reeked! He woudn't eat Katkin but it wasn't too bad smell wise, the beef was a bit 'meaty', though its very expensive. He's fussy so has Purina Revelations mousse which aren't too bad smell wise.

Katkin fan here too ( as is my cat ! )
I’d also recommend their litter, I buy Scoop Planet which is clumping and odour-eliminating.

Cross-post, @TemporaryCatSlave !

I think you can get food especially for indoor cats. Have a look on pets at home website. I also use sanicat clumping litter and recommend it. I always use a litter liner too.

Amazon's own bentonite cat litter, lasts ages cats happy with it as small granules. Clumps instantly no smell. Food wise, I use felix as good as it looks senior. Biscuits I use something else.xx

Another vote for katkin food. Our old girl (15) was looking very scrawny - we changed her at the start of this year and she has filled out and her coat is soft and glossy.
