Dry food for sensitive tummy

I have a 4 year old Siberian cross, rehomed from Dubai where he was a stray. My daughter took him in but we decided he was better off being an outside cat in the uk, and her house was getting too full of rehomed strays over there. He’s been with me for 2 years, a lovely cat but always had a bit of a squitty tummy, loose poos etc. Keeps himself very clean, always does poos in my garden but was wondering if the lovely people of mumsnet could recommend a dry food to help him. He’s had a course of antibiotics recently as he did have a stomach infection with diarrhoea and had lost weight which he is now putting back on, blood tests showed no signs of underlying conditions. Diarrhoea has gone but he’s still very loose. Also on protexin from vet. Thank you for any advice.

The only food that keeps my Siberian firm is Purina HA as strongly suspect she has iBD to go along with her skin allergies that are also controlled by the food.

Royal canin sensitivity control (available in dry or wet versions) has completely sorted my girl’s tummy.
Highly recommended.

My late very sensitive cat did really well on Amazon life long dry food. She couldn’t tolerate Royal Canin Persian, and was always very sick on Iams. The amazon was a game changer.
