With great difficulty.

untamed are super annoying with their compulsory subscription service. I buy it as an alternative option & their kibble is excellent. But you can’t just buy their products you must subscribe. I don’t want to subscribe. So I’m cancelling all the time, fake subscribing to buy stuff then cancelling/pausing again.

bloody annoying & unnecessary way to run a business.

@dementedpixie you are a star. I could t find that anyway. I’ll stick to Thrive I think, she loves that. Marro was really easy to pause and restart. Untamed needs to take note of them!

All you need to do is postpone your next delivery if you don’t want it when it’s scheduled. You get an email in advance when it’s due, it’s easier than keep cancelling?

What a strange way to do it. You can pause the subscription for as long as you want. And in my experience they send you free gifts like advent calendars.

I only need it once every so often because it's not my cat's preferred brand, but I keep the subscription because they're a nice company who send me stuff including trials of new products pretty often. No need to keep cancelling, what a faff.

For what it's worth, if you email them you can buy 3 bags of their dry food at a time without an active subscription. They'll invoice you. If your cat isn't into their cans but likes the dry food, that might suit you. Always worth asking, eh?

Sainsbury’s have started selling both the chicken one and the tuna one (but my cat won’t eat it). It’s in their website.

I saw single tins of chicken with chicken liver in gravy in a small Co-Op - for £1.50 apiece. Bought one for cat to try and he loves it.
