Hi all
hoping someone may be able to offer some advice, we welcomed home 2 kittens on Sunday.

Both are really playful, using the litter tray perfectly but only one of them will eat wet food and even then it’s a tiny amount. The other will only eat kitten biscuits.

i have bought every type of kitten wet food i could find and she just won’t touch it.

can anyone advise on what I can do to get her to eat the wet stuff?

thank you

How old are they for a start? Are they putting on weight? What were they on before they came to you? It's always best to keep them on whatever they were weaned on to start with to avoid dodgy tummies. The rescue / breeder should be able to advise you. Some cats do just prefer biscuits though and as long as they are good quality bsicuits and they are drinking water too then it's not a problem and it's actually good for their teeth. I foster for a rescue charity and all our kittens go onto ASDA Tiger kitten. It's cheap, but it's also the food we have the least problems with and most kittens seem to really like it. A lot of kitten foods are quite rich and if they are not used to it can get the runs. Start by mushing it up with a drop or two of warm water, it makes it smell more inviting.
