What to do

Any advice please.
My cat is on thyroid meds 2 x daily.
Ealier this eve she was a little bit sick in the garden ie: very small bit of phlemy stuff (no fur balls but has been having a nibble on bits of grass now and then but has not eatern since not even a bit of chicken or treats.

She Is laying in the garden still now just sleeping, it maybe and im hoping it is just a tummy upset
so I am wandering would it be best to just bring her in now but dont give her night dose and if she doesnt eat anything see how she is in the morning.

Or if she does eat tonight give her meds or not ?
She has an appt at vets on Thursday Am for her 8 weekly blood test as levels have been up and down.

Is the medication meant to be given alongside food?
I think missing one meal wouldn't be a big deal normally but I don't know about that alongside a thyroid condition.
Do you have any lick-e-lix? I find few cats can resist it and it's a good way to get medicine in them.

Meds are given oralarly food not required but usuarly give it just before food am and pm.

I've just got her in she wasn't happy with me.

I put her food near her, offered her some bits of chicken and the stick treats she likes , she sat looked at them and run upstairs.

I could give her meds when I go up but just thinking to leave the meds tonight if her tummy is upset may make her sick again.

I'll probarly take some chicken to her as she may eat it if she doesnt think im going to give her meds which she hates.

She has missed 1 dose once before when she wouldn't come in that night so fingers crossed.

If she's no different today I would ring the vet for advice.

Just a update,
i left food / chicken and few treats for her in upstairs hallway.
She ate the lot ate 3.30 woke me up doing so then wanting a stroke.
No sickness.

Gave her meds this am, left food for her as I had to pop out, just back and Ive seen shes eatern it all.

So hopefully it was just a one off.
Got vet appt on Thursday for her bloods test so all good for now.
