Cat not eating and just laying down

So my 14 year cat is on medication for her thyroid. Shes been on it about a year and been doing great.

This morning I noticed she not eaten her food and didn’t come downstairs to her bowl like usual. She just stayed laid on the bedroom floor.
Ive put her fresh food down before I left for work, come home and she’s not eaten that either or come down to me. Shes still laid upstairs. I went up gave her a little stoke and she just walked away from me and laid back on the floor.

Just wondering should I give the vets a call or see how she is in the morning. Maybe she’s just having an off day like we do sometimes.
Any advice please?

You need to take your cat to the vet.
