Cat wants to move in

I have two cats girls, my neighbours our has three, all adorable and well looked after.
I enjoy watching them in the garden.
However one of their boys wants to move in with me. I keep coming home and finding him relaxing in the house.
My youngest cat will chase him out if she catches him.
I think my neighbours would be pissed if they knew as would I if my cats were trying to live over there.
I know the answer is a chip cat flap but it will take me a while to save for one as it's in double glazing and I've had expensive quotes.
Any ideas for keeping him out in the meantime ? I clap him out if I catch him but I. At work during the day.

Is he doing any damage or attacking your cats? If not, I don't really see a big problem. He's just visiting, not necessarily trying to move in. I wouldn't encourage it by leaving out cat food, but if I were the neighbour I wouldn't mind my cat going on visits, lots of cats do this.

He's not hurting anyone he's a good boy 😁 thinking that could just be the case you're right.
