Where are the?

One of the cats didn't come in this morning. Most odd. I got home at about 3.30pm and there is no sign of either, despite shaking the dreamies. I feel disproportionately concerned, particularly due to the heat. They are very food orientated.

One has come home. The one who was missing this morning hasn't.

In the last hot spell one of ours went missing for a week.
have you popped anything that may smell of them outside, blankets, beds, litter tray etc that’s supposed to help them smell their way home.

I also shouted like a lunatic everywhere we went as we knew he could cover some ground.

We have a local Facebook group for missing animals so I posted on there too.

Hopefully there out having a lovely adventure in the nice weather and will be back very soon.

If not back soon might be worth putting a few posters around the local area asking people to check outbuildings, people tend to be in and out with lawnmowers/bikes/paddling pools etc. more in the nice weather and cat might have sneaked in without them noticing. My cat disappeared for 3 weeks this time of year a few years ago, turned up at 3am one morning!

Fingers crossed they return safely soon x

Don’t worry about the heat-cats are very good at finding comfortable places to hole up. Both of mine are out from sunrise to sunset at the moment.

No sign so far. She hasn't been seen since 4am.
