Bald patch

Hi all, I have noticed this bald patch on her leg this evening. She doesn't react when I touch it, she's eating and drinking and is fine within herself. Like most cats if she's unwell or anything she stops eating. Never had this before. I'm wondering if she's over grooming due to the heat, seems a random place. Almost seems like someone's shaved her lol has any one experienced this before with their cats? Don't want to take her to the vets if i don't have to but if I need to I will and will suffer the fall out 🫠😅

Yeah that looks odd, like they have been waxed or something. Normally if the cat was over grooming it wouldn’t look like that, more sparse and not straight edges. I would be concerned someone has done this on purpose to your cat. If the cat seems fine and isn’t in pain if you touch it I eouid just keep an eye on them, but strange.

Yeah I thought the same thing, she's done it before over grooming and had bald patches but looked nothing like that. When you touch it it feels like pure skin can't feel any fur at all. Very strange. I've never heard of people shaving cats that aren't theirs 😅 will keep an eye, thankyou!

Some weird folk out there but best keep an eye out. Hope cat is okay 😸
