Returning from Carter

**should read cattery not Carter 🙄

This may be a ridiculous question but still fairly new to cat owning….

we’ve had our two boys since Xmas. They were rescues and we kept them in for 6 weeks as recommended by the centre but they have been going out for around 2/3 months.

We’re going away soon for a weeks holiday and the boys are going to the cattery linked to the rescue centre. My question is….when we pick them back up do I need to keep them in again for a week or so so they remember that they still live here?

Sorry, if it’s a stupid question but I’m a little nervous about the whole thing. We absolutely adore them and am already upset that they may think we’re returning them to the rescue centre (these cats have turned me in to a right old soppy cat lady! 🤣)

They remember, you won’t need to keep them in.

No you won't need to keep them in.
Our cat always went into a cattery, couldn't wait to get home and check out her territory .
