My beautiful cat died yesterday

He was only 3 years old. He had a heart murmur and passed away peacefully in his sleep. Im devastated 💔

I’m so sorry your lovely, loved cat has died, and at such a young age. I’m sure he lived his best life with you. I’ve had to say goodbye to too many cats over the years and know how hard it is. Be gentle with yourself.💔

Thank you. His sister is wandering around looking for him and won’t settle. We let her spend time with him after he passed so Im hoping she understands.

So sorry. We had the same when one of our cats passed away, her sister was looking for her and very unsettled for a few days but it did get better. It’s heartbreaking when you know the other cat is missing her.

We lost our 3 yr old cat in March ( major bowel surgery very unexpected) so I appreciate how devastating it is ,his litter sister moped for about a day - she hadn’t seen his body as I had him collected from the vets by the pet crem , after about 48 hours she was fine and now I actually think she’s happier as an only as he was a bit of a bully . She did get very excited about the little bag of fur that we got the pet crem to collect . Sorry for your loss 💐
