My cat got hit by a car. Some lovely neighbours knocked as she was hiding under their car in pain. We got her and rushed to the emergency vets. She was breathing and no blood but her back legs seemed injured.
The vet said she's in shock and is on fluids and pain relief.
It now seems she may have a ruptured bladder. Her pelvis is fractured and even if that can be repaired there's a chance she won't walk.
I've left her there overnight so they can monitor her and she's comfortable and not in pain.
I think unless something miraculous happens this is it.
I don't know why I'm posting really.
I can't stop crying I feel so sad.
