Dizzy cat

Asking for some advice as very worried. My lovely girl Alice has had three short spells of dizziness, for want of a better word.

She's a healthy almost 6 year old and it started approximately a month ago. She'd just eaten and when walking away from her bowl her front paws kept crossing rather than straight. It righted itself after about 45 seconds and all was normal. Took her to the vet and they suspected an ear infection and gave antibiotics

It's happened twice since, and this morning she was very dizzy and fell to her side. Again cleared itself after less than minute.

She's got an appointment later today. She seems fine in herself but possible a little more vacant than normal. Don't know if that's just because I am analysing every bit of her behaviour.

Has anyone else's cat had anything similar? We have good insurance so that's not an issue as I suspect the next step is a ct scan, but I cannot help fear that it's something awful

Hope she's ok. My cat has had secret ear infections but never had dizziness like that. I wonder if it could be one of the ear conditions humans get that cause it. Can't remember what they are called. But something to do with crystals in the ears.

Thank you. I am really hoping it's ear related too🤞
