Intruder cat

Having problems with a neighbouring cat accessing the house through our microchip cat flap and contacted company for advice. Nice email back and pleased with swift response and detailed instructions of several things to try. Was slightly thrown by last 2 paras, though

If none of the above custom modes resolved your issue, please send us a picture of the intruder pet as in some circumstances we might be able to assist further.

Slightly sinister - will they send someone round?

In the case where it is your own cat that is the intruder ie: they can get access when locked out - please send a picture of your own pet.

How would photos help? Maybe they just like cat pics! Grin

That is hilarious, maybe he is a usual sospect :)
Our cat was also found in two houses up from ours once, thankfully we know them and we just had a laugh.

We found out that our own cat was holding the door open for the intruder cat!

The neighbour’s cat used to tailgate ours through the cat flap. You can’t outsmart a determined cat.

Bit weird.

I think they just like cat photos 😂
