Hoping for some advice as DH is away (and the experienced cat carer).
My lovely 7yo female (rescue 1 year ago) cat has had sloppy poos and been off her food for the past 3 days, however they’re getting sloppier? Today’s was basically a brown water consistency. She’s absolutely fine in herself, playing / chasing / routine as normal. She doesn’t stray from our garden & hasn’t eaten anything she shouldn’t have to the best of our knowledge. She’s usually so food oriented it really takes a lot for her to be off it, and it’s concerning me she’s getting worse not better. She doesn’t drink a lot and usually gets most of her water from her food pouches so concerned she will be dehydrated soon aswell.
i bought her some special food on advice from the pet shop today she’s been picking at.
Any advice welcome - I think it will be vets tomorrow / Monday if no better :(
